Nick Malino is the Co-Managing Member of Tango Research, LLC, and the former Chief Executive Officer of ATC Group Services (“ATC”, NASDAQ – ATC), a $160 million engineering services firm. Prior to Mr. Malino’s appointment as CEO, ATC operated with $9 million in annual revenue across three office locations. During his tenure, he led the company through 16 acquisitions, expanding its footprint to 73 offices across the United States, Japan, and Germany, and increasing revenues to $160 million.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Malino has successfully completed 56 acquisitions, including 30 within the clinical laboratory sector on behalf of Corning Incorporated (NYSE: GLW). He is also a published author of numerous articles and several books on mergers and acquisitions, including a textbook focused on acquisition financing.
In his role with Intellis, Mr. Malino will provide strategic consulting services in the areas of acquisition financial modeling, evaluation and integration, operational accounting, and data analysis. He holds a Master of Science degree in Biology and an MBA in Finance from the University of Bridgeport.
